Paid a lot for it, stayed with my wife and we had to ask for two toothbrush and slippers. The locker was not working, the shoe polish wasn't able to open, TV channels were mostly non existent and most importantly the water was only hot. No cold water to wash face. Staff was helpful but why let the guests go through the pain if you're taking 8k per day?

The Park Hotel New Delhi boasts clean and well-maintained rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the location and customer service are excellent, the breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options and better availability of beverages. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement in the dining experience.

The hotel has a prime location but it needs a lot of improvement. From the check-in service, there is a shortage of staff. The rooms are a bit old and smelly The toilets are not in good condition. The water quality they provide is some normal filter water in the rooms. No bottled water is provided. The room sleepers are so small they can fit small children only. Even after requesting the sleeper at least normal size. When the person called the incharge him that ask the guest we have only this and if you needed it or not. This kind of language was not acceptable. This is not 5-star hotel. It is a scam either from 訂房網站 or the hotel to provide false information

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely fantastic—everything you could need is within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every part of my visit was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of options that catered to different tastes. While the decor could use a bit of a refresh, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. All in all, a very good stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is outdated. Very good location. The breakfast choices are good. The dinner buffet is good. The room was outdated, humid and with a terrible mouldy smell. Cleanliness was very poor. Very pricey for what’s offered. We were overall disappointed.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided during my recent stay at The Park Hotel. Despite the establishment’s five-star rating, my experience fell significantly short of expectations. Upon arrival with my family, we encountered our first issue: a delayed check-in. Although our reservation confirmed a 2 PM check-in time, we were only able to access our rooms at 5 PM. This three-hour delay was not only inconvenient but also set a negative tone for our stay. Furthermore, the condition of the rooms was unsatisfactory. The furniture was notably worn and damaged, which is not acceptable for a hotel of your supposed caliber. Additionally, I observed front office staff struggling to manage their duties under pressure. At one point, there were arguments between staff members in view of guests, which is highly unprofessional and uncomfortable for those witnessing it. Given these experiences, I regret to say that I cannot recommend The Park Hotel to others seeking a pleasant and stress-free 訂房網站. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the quality of service for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This hotel was undergoing major refurbishment during my 3 days stay. Upon check it @ around 6.30pm when I went into my room the banging was prevalent. I was assured the noise would stop immediately. But it went on for another 15 minutes. I was then told that I would be shifted to a lower floor the next day where the noise would be less. This they did. I do not think I would be desperate to return to this hotel. The price I paid was not worth it.
